The team, formed and based in Padova, takes its name from the dutch
"Soep Van De Dag", or Soup Of The Day.
In The Netherlands "the soup" is one of the typical dishes, usually eaten for dinner.
The most famous is the erwtensoep, or peas soup.

A simple vector-graphic based application able to handle both the SVG and the VML standards that offers simple but useful commands to draw simple and complex shapes, spirals, polygons, write texts and it gives the possibility to control and modify every shape's property too.
